You must accompany your client on their first visit to a Lakewood Homes Sales Center. When you arrive, please fill out and sign a registration form, and then have a Lakewood Homes representative sign it. This ensures that your registration is valid. The representative will provide you with a copy of the registration for your records. The registration will remain in effect for 90 days; if necessary, you may re-register your client for an additional 90-day period. (Your client must be present at the time of re-registration.)
