Typically about five months. At the time of purchase, you will be given an anticipated month for the completion of your home. On rare occasions weather or some other unforeseeable occurrence may cause a delay, but your Sales Representative will keep you well informed of your homes progress.

Each Lakewood community has homes that are available for earlier delivery, as well as some with time frames that are a little further ahead. If you would like more information about our early delivery homes, go to the "I'm Looking for a Home" section and click on "Search for a Home." Then select Early Delivery when you enter the type of home you are looking for. Or, contact the sales office at the community you are interested in for complete information about home delivery dates.
