Early on, your sales manager will advise you of the various options and features to choose from for your new home, and of the important deadlines for making your selections. The Framing Release, which needs to be finalized fairly early in the process, specifies all the options and features whose selection is necessary before your new home is built through the drywall stage.

The Color Release, which comes a little later, deals with all the selections that are necessary to finish your home (e.g. cabinets, tile, carpet, etc.) Well in advance of these important deadlines, your Sales Manager will contact you to schedule an appointment to make your selections. So that we might dedicate sufficient time helping you make your decisions, appointments will be scheduled for times during the working week, or prior to 10:00 a.m. on a weekend.
