We realize you are very interested in the construction of your new home, and you will have every opportunity to review your home in detail prior to moving in. However, we regret that we cannot permit you to walk through your home during construction; there are genuine safety concerns, and our liability insurance specifically precludes customers being on-site during the construction phase.

The construction of your home should proceed according to the schedule previously outlined and, if everything is tracking as anticipated, you will receive two additional updates at key points: the completion of your foundation and the completion of your roof. Any additional questions during construction should be directed to your Sales Manager.
