Approximately three to four weeks prior to completion of your home, you will receive a letter from the Lakewood Homes Closing Department detailing the closing arrangements for your new home. The letter will include:

1. The date and time of your new home orientation.
2. Closing information such as, location, contact person and final financial information.
3. Other important information: phone numbers and arrangements, utility services, telephone, keys, etc. Please contact the Lakewood Homes Closing Department directly with any questions, to avoid any last minute surprises.
