Closing and Moving In

You will take legal title of your new home at the closing of your home. Congratulations! Your new home is now really yours and you can move in at any time. There are a few important points to remember at your closing:

  1. Bring a certified check for the balance of your down payment and closing costs.
  2. Be able to provide evidence of homeowner's insurance for your new home.
  3. Any other requirements or contingencies noted by your mortgage lender.
