Follow these steps:

• Turn on and leave on all sink faucets and bathtubs.
• Turn off the house water at the water meter.
• Drain the water from the system by opening the valve on the bottom of the hot water tank. (This should take no longer than 5 minutes.)
• Close the drain.
• Turn water back on at the water meter.

Shut off all faucets in the house. (The noise will no longer occur when you shut off faucets.)
